Access Wise Consulting was founded by Amanda Matheny, PHR, a visually impaired Human Resources professional with a passion for improving accessibility of Human Resources tools and expanding opportunities for visually impaired individuals who are interested in pursuing a Human Resources career.

The mission of Access Wise Consulting is to help make Human Resources careers more accessible to blind and visually impaired employees, in order to level the playing field and drive them to become competitive candidates for Human Resources positions.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create a more accessible work environment for visually impaired Human Resources professionals, resulting in a reduction in the unemployment rate and increase in opportunities to excel and prosper. We strive to improve accessibility of Human Resources tools, train candidates on the use of these tools, and match candidates to organizations that value their unique perspectives and contributions to foster a more inclusive workplace experience.
